You also know that any trainer, anywhere in the world or even online, can dole out workouts and nutrition advice, and IF you follow them, they’ll deliver results.

They’ve all got tools, tricks, and facilities to help you succeed.

There’s no shortage of solutions. In reality, if you’re not doing anything currently, just about anything will deliver results.

For a little while anyway.

But, if you’d stuck with prior trainers, and prior diet and exercise programs, and were happy with your results, you probably wouldn’t be here!

WHY We Do What We Do...

You’ve probably heard the saying.

The definition of Insanity is…. doing the same thing again and again, but expecting different results.

We’re proud to embrace sanity. And with that, we won’t let you work with us without finding out what you’ve done in the past, and why it didn’t work.

So we do things differently. We’re not afraid of change. In fact we love it. And we will find out what got you here, and why fitness isn’t currently a part of your life in the way you want it to be, so we can change that.

Simply put, we want to help you change from the neck up, not just the neck down.

Because that, a change in your Mindset, is REQUIRED to end the cycle of “Workout-Quit-Repeat, Workout-Quit-Repeat”.

We know people want to be healthy! They just don’t know how to move from information and inspiration to application.

Our industry, the fitness industry, has a bad reputation, and it’s well deserved in some instances. It has championed quick-fixes and Band-Aids that leave people feeling burned out, frustrated, and uninspired.

Healthy eating and exercise have been positioned as a means to an end, rather than a daily life choice that you WANT, every day, because you’ve learned the truth that such are required to help you feel and BE your best.

That simple truth is forgotten every day. And with that, healthy eating and exercise feel punitive. We don’t care about amassing memberships and sales. Think about this. We chose a career, a life, dedicated to the belief that healthy eating and exercise leads to feeling better. So obviously, feeling good is of our primary motivator. So with that, it only makes sense that we want to feel good, about what we do for you.

And the only way we can do that, is to be different.

Different from your past trainers, that obviously didn’t are aren’t working out (no pun intended). That’s not a route we want to take. It doesn’t feel good.

And above all, we believe in the promotion of feeling good, for ourselves, and for our clients. And in order for us to feel good, we have you help you find change. In fact, we are consumed by the goal of helping people find the change they need, to change their life for the better.

We invest our resources (time, money, sweat & tears – there’s no bloodshed. ;-b) learning about exercise, nutrition, stress management, rest, and recovery so that we can deliver better products & services that produce positive changes in the lives of the people we work with. That, in turn, is how we attract AND retain more members (affectionately known as Ninjas); a fundamental MUST for any fitness business to survive – we just commit to results first.

Our passion is to build strength inside and out to help people – perhaps YOU –become the very best version of themselves.

In total transparency, we have another reason for WHY we do what we do – selfishly, we want more friends that enjoy eating great tasting food that’s good for you, like working out HARD and pushing beyond their comfort zones, and want to socialize by participating in healthy activities. How do I know if PeakFAST is for me?

I can name a dozen reasons off hand to share with you, but I’ll keep it simple…

The coaching we do now is better than it was six months ago. And six months from now, it will be better than what we’re doing today.

We have a strong sense of WHY we show up to coach everyday. We show up at work everyday to help you build strength, inside and out, to become the very best version of yourself.

That means we must live the code. It means we’re committed to incremental improvements os we can becomes the best version of ourselves. We’ll never settle, and neither should you.

Are we better than our competition?

Maybe. If you believe what we believe and that how we do things will help you, then we’re better.

If you don’t believe what we believe or that our holistic approach to health will help you, then we’re not better.

Our goal is to build our team with like-minded people who value a complete transformation – inside and out.

We’re looking for people who truly want our help and are in the pursuit of the same goal.
