1What is your schedule and how does it work?
We offer a lot of flexibility in our schedule and you are NOT locked into any time. Our objective is to make it easy for you to join our sessions. Don’t confuse this with a laissez faire approach. We hold you accountable to your commitments. Just check out the schedule below.
2Will I be able to keep up?
This is the most common fear among people who haven’t done exercise in a long time (or ever). The answer is absolutely. Our team of certified coaches make sure we individualize the exercises and intensities to the individuals in each group.

Although you might be with people of varying levels and/or limitations, you can be sure you’ll get the exact variation that will be the appropriate level for your current ability.
3Will the workouts be hard enough for me?
On the flip side, we can scale up the intensity and complexity of every exercise. Show us you can do the easy things, young grasshopper, and we will make it harder and harder until you find the challenge appropriate and motivating!
4How is Team Training different from Personal Training?
Team Training is individualized where as Personal Training is customized from A to Z.

If you want to take things up a notch and focus on your specific goals, needs, or challenges then PT is a good fit. This doesn’t mean Personal Trainign is a harder workout—it may require focusing on an injury, increased accountability, or enhanced coaching—that allow you to maximize the results of everything you do.
5What kind of results can I expect?
We firmly believe you get out of this program what you put into it. You cannot throw money at us and expect to get results. We will guide and support you along this journey, but you have to take the steps.

That being we regularly help individuals lose 20, 50, and even over 100 pounds! And the best result is that we do it in a way that allows our client to sustain their weight loss.

Plus, we help people return from injury, increase their energy, get better sleep, better manage stress, increase their strength and mobility, and so much more…

6Will you help me with nutrition?
PeakFAST is a one-stop coaching program, not a training program. Nutrition is the cornerstone of our program.

You will ABSOLUTEY get help on nutrition.

We will cover:
What to eat
When to eat
How much to eat; and most importantly
How to make nutrition compatible with your life

We DON’T hand out meal plans. We DO focus on integrating healthy foods YOU like into your plan.

We DON’T endlessly count calories (people get tired of doing algebra every meal). We DO focus on building lasting habits that make you look like a pro when it comes to nutrition and outlast your desire to track.

We DON’T require you change everything at once. We DO focus on strategically building skills that allow you to finally achieve nutritional mastery.

We DON’T hand you a bunch of material, say, “Here ya go, client!” and pat ourselves on the back. We DO utilize a high level of accountability, follow-up, and refining that isn’t for everyone.

7What kind of additional support will I receive?
Our Team at PeakFAST consists of our great coaching staff and our even better base of “Ninjas” who support and cheer each other on.

You’ll build friendships, be part of a private community, and receive regular accountability check-ins. If you need additional support at home, you’ll work with your client-coach team to build strategies and solutions to meet your fitness and health needs at every turn.

Again, we use a high level of accountability that is for people who are looking to make serious and lasting changes to their health!

How much will it cost?

Prices vary between our Team Training and Personal Training, but you can get the entire coaching package for less than the cost of 3 personal training sessions per month.

That includes:

  • The accountability to help you stay on track to achieve the goals you set for yourself
  • The nutrition coaching to build your skills and confidence about making the right choices, every meal
  • The training in the studio to help you feel and perform your best
  • Whatever support you need outside of our four walls
